To protect your wine from rising temperatures without the expense of air shipping, all Ground shipments will be sent via temperature-controlled trucks to the UPS/Fedex hubs in Midwest, East Coast and Southern locations. This ensures your wine is temperature controlled for most of its transit time prior to final delivery.
During warmer months and to protect your wine, refrigerated trucks leave our warehouse in Napa for FEDEX/UPS distribution hubs in the Mid-West, East Coast and Southern locations. This ensures your wine is temperature controlled for most of it’s transit time before it's out for delivery.
Absolutely, a small personal note makes any shipment better. Include your personal message in the "Gift Message" section in the Checkout order process and we'll print it on a small gift card and include it in your order.
All alcoholic beverages require an adult signature upon delivery. Make sure someone 21 years of age or older will be available at the address for which your wine is be delivered.
