A refreshing new expression from Cambria Estate, Txiki is picked early and cold‑fermented to preserve its naturally bright acidity, fresh fruit aromas and flavors, and coastal minerality. The result is a lightly sparkling wine that is fresh and playful! Txiki is inspired by Txakolina — a subtly bubbly style of Spanish wine from the Basque coast. Traditionally poured alongside salty snacks, fried bites, and shared plates, this style is all about contrast: acidity and effervescence cut through richness and salinity to make every bite and sip more enjoyable.​
