The Captûre Sauvignon Blanc from high atop Pine Mountain is as fresh and intriguing as the vineyard itself. Aromas of key lime and pineapple explode before slowly giving way to the softer notes of white peach, green apple and dried sage. Floral flavors are balanced with of citrus and tropical fruits, tropical flavors. But if you can only use one word to describe this wine, it would be irresistible.

RECENT TASTING NOTES
This robust but focused wine comes from one of Sonoma County’s highest vineyards and was aged in stainless steel, amphorae and large-format oak. It displays aromas of tart pineapple, lemon peel, thyme and ginger on the nose. The palate brings nervy acidity and flavors of fresh lime zest, white flowers and chalk that vibrate across a lengthy finish.
