It has really got us feeling selfish and not wanting to share! We could drink this tiny batch all by ourselves if we wanted to. Not your everyday fizz, toting wild aromatics, and a focused, refreshing palate. On the nose, sharp scents of key lime, kefir and pistachio emanate from the bubbles. This wine is finished in a bone dry, brut nature style so the palate is taut, nervy and fresh. It may be the only sparkling wine on earth that crashes together wildly these aromatic varieties. A true unicorn indeed.
