Description

Winemaker Greg Brewer approaches his craft, not by what he adds to the final product but by what he subtracts, allowing the land to speak for itself through the wine. He fermented this Chardonnay at very low temperature in stainless steel tanks to ensure a pleasing balance across acidity, texture and body. Pure, precise aromas of lemon and citrus blossom greet white peach and a touch of salinity on the palate, making this a perfect bottle to pair with spicy or coastal cuisine.

RECENT TASTING NOTES
The 2023 Chardonnay (Santa Barbara County) is a total stunner. Bright, aromatic and vibrant, the 2023 is lights-out, brilliantly marrying the fruit intensity and energy. Apricot, mint and white flowers abound. This is a stunning wine for the price and for its production of around 40,000 cases. All of this fruit is from Mission Hills in Los Alamos.
