Description
This heritage-clone Chardonnay is sourced from the rugged upper reaches of Alexander Valley, between 1,600' and 1,800' above sea level. This wine opens with aromas of stargazer lily, lemon curd, brioche and a stony note in the background. On the palate, one finds Asian pear and toast notes, enveloped in a lush mid-palate and a bracing framework of acidity.
This white wine shines gold in the glass, with aromas of brioche, pear and floral notes. The silky palate shows fresh minerality, bright acid beside a lush mid-palate and refreshing lemony structure.
