Saint Helena in Knights Valley, the Helena Bench Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in oak barrels and concrete eggs resulting in a wine with crispness, minerality and refined acidity. Notes of white peach, melon and fennel dazzle with lime zest and white flowers all the way through the finish.
