Rosé of Pinot Noir

A portion of our Rosé is sent direct to press, while the balance is destemmed and passed through our sorting line. The fruit comes exclusively from a single Pinot Noir block on the Gran Moraine Vineyard, farmed specifically for Rosé. Picking is conducted across two to three cycles to balance freshness and fruit flavors.  No malolactic fermentation and partial barrel treatment results in an inviting nose of floral and fruit notes, and crisp acidity, complemented by a signature Penner-Ash mid-palate weight.
