That's right! La Crema has bubbles and it comes from their home in the Russian River Valley. Produced in the traditional method, this sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and offers aromas and flavors of white flowers, apple, lemon meringue, wild strawberries and fresh ginger. Who says you can't have an every day sparkling wine...
About La Crema
The original name, La Crema Viñera, means “best of the vine,” setting the standard for this winery since 1979. From their home in the Russian River Valley, the best cool-climate growing regions in California are explored through the lens of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Here, the ocean winds and fog allow grapes to ripen slowly on the vine, developing complex flavors and aromas. Winemaker Craig McAllister utilizes boutique, time-intensive techniques to craft distinctively balanced and elegant wines.
