Dutton-Perry Pinot Noir

The Green Valley sub-appellation of the Russian River Valley is the location of Perry Ranch Vineyard. A cool, foggy area on the very western edge of RRV. The fog and cool climate allow Perry's fruit to ripen slowly and efficiently with no wasted energy on the vines. Sourcing from four different sections of the vineyard, each with its own clone, provides us the tools to create an outstanding Perry Ranch Pinot Noir every vintage. The 2019 Perry Ranch introduces itself with red and black fruit, along with undertones of black tea that begs for you to take sip. The palate is intriguing and complex with invigorating acidity balanced by earth notes intermingled with raspberry and firm tannins.
