As always, the grapes for this 2016 méthode traditionelle sparkling wine were hand-harvested, then whole-cluster pressed and tank fermented before undergoing tirage and bottle fermentation. This phenomenally elegant vintage leads with aromas of red apple, brioche and marzipan followed by a hint of hazelnuts. The palate is greeted with racy acidity balanced with creamy delicate bubbles and flavors both sweet and savory from the long lees aging finishing with lemon zest and ginger.
