Description
This is a classic expression of Saint-Émilion, with aromatic Cabernet Franc, plush Merlot and the firm elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine offers aromas of ripe plums, orange peel, and savory herbs on the nose with a bouquet of red fruit on the palate. The voluptuous fruit, layered with stony, mineral notes, reflects the terroir where it was grown. Firm tannins and balancing acidity give this wine structure to age gracefully for years to come.
On the nose of this Bordeaux red wine blend, the richness of merlot complements the extravagance of cabernet franc. After aeration, the bouquet develops subtle notes of cassis and violet.
