Lush. Balanced. Bright. One of La Crema's most treasured estate vineyards, Kelli Ann, yields wine with both dimension and concentration. Winemaker Jennifer Walsh loves this vineyard for its challenging yet rewarding conditions, and it is obvious why after the first sip. Hints of lemon curd, fresh nectarine, and nutmeg are followed by flavors of Meyer Lemon, white peach, finishing with an oak-driven touch of crème brûlée.
About La Crema
The original name, La Crema Viñera, means “best of the vine,” setting the standard for this winery since 1979. From their home in the Russian River Valley, the best cool-climate growing regions in California are explored through the lens of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Here, the ocean winds and fog allow grapes to ripen slowly on the vine, developing complex flavors and aromas. Winemaker Craig McAllister utilizes boutique, time-intensive techniques to craft distinctively balanced and elegant wines.
