Sweet cherry cola and floral hibiscus aromas lead into a palate layered with warm cherry, earthy tomato leaf, and bell pepper. Subtle baking spices from whole cluster fermentation add complexity, all balanced by lively acidity and a smooth, dry finish. A true taste of Dundee Hills terroir.
On the nose, it opens with a burst of sweet and spiced cherry cola followed by a floral lift of dried hibiscus. The aromatics carry into the palette, with a playful, fruit-driven character of warm cherry. Tomato leaf and bell pepper integrate to provide an earthy structure, while whole cluster baking spices contribute to a warm, spicy finish.
