RECENT TASTING NOTES
This wine is bright, with aromas of citrus, green papaya, pineapple, dried herbs and honeycomb on the nose. The flavors on the palate are quince, white nectarine and pomelo zest interwoven with dried bay laurel, Himalayan salt and dry, supple finish. Pair with procioutto-wrapped Charantais melon.
