After aging in neutral barrels, winemaker Greg Brewer bottles each vintage of the Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir as a blend to showcase Brewer-Clifton’s unique, cool-climate vineyard sites. The result? A wine that is structured, earthy, and balanced thanks to using the whole Pinot Noir cluster (stems, seeds, and all) to capture the region's signature ripe cherry, savoriness, and tea characteristics.
